INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - INFORMATION & COSTS
PLEASE NOTE: All our parcels are shipped DDU - Delivered Duties Unpaid. Our Couriers require a telephone number for all international deliveries, thank you.

We can ship most* but not all our items to the following countries, when ordering please add your item(s) to your basket and then click to 'go to basket' you will see a drop down box on the first page of the checkout under 'delivery' on the right hand side, there will be an arrow and a bracket, here you can select the correct destination for shipping and this will then confirm the price for the country selected. For deliveries to the USA and Canada please see notes further down. If your Country does not appear in the list then please email us. Please see below for notes regarding customs charges (goods are shipped DDU - delivered duties unpaid), PID numbers and large fragile items.
For very fragile items to the EU (such as large Kew Pots/large Sculptures) there may be a further charge as these require specialist packing to avoid breakages. We will contact you if this is the case, or alternatively email us in advance of ordering.

*We can ship most of our items to Europe for these rates but would ask you to email us first if the items are either large or heavy to check whether the item is suitable (re: size, weight, construction etc) for shipping to a particular destination. These prices may fluctuate from time to time, the website checkout price will reflect the current price. If you wish to order multiple quantities of the same item, please email us as we may be able to provide a keener price for shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot ship Framed Art and certain fragile sculptures internationally. We can ship our photographic art internationally.

IMPORTANT: EUROPEAN/REP. IRELAND DELIVERIES - CUSTOMS CHARGES/DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES MAY NEED TO BE PAID prior to delivery. The cost is dependant on order value, product type and the destination country. Interior Gifts are not responsible for these taxes. For any parcels sent internationally to a business address it is essential for you to provide us with your EORI/VAT number for this transaction otherwise the parcel will be returned to us. Charges that are incurred for parcels that are returned to us as a result of duties not being paid or VAT numbers not given will be deducted from any refunds made. VAT numbers can be added to the 'any special instructions box' at the time of ordering. Please note that any customs duties paid cannot be refunded by Interior Gifts under any circumstances.
USA/Canada/Australia - we can send our textiles to these destinations and some of our other ranges. The website "view basket" page will show a price for textiles only (per item)*and also give an option for shipping one small product in a 30 cm square box. Please click on the destination country in the "summary" box to see these options. For all other items please contact us for a shipping quotation, we will usually reply within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends/bank holidays.
*Please Note, for more than one throw, blanket, textile etc, please contact us as we may be able to improve on these prices

NB - DISCLAIMER: Interior Gifts will not be held responsible for any Customs Charges/Duties/Taxes/Import fees relating to any items sent internationally or to non-uk mainland destinations. With respect to insurance of your international parcel, this is covered for loss but fragile items are NOT covered for damage as our couriers will not cover this. We do, however, pack extremely well. International orders that are placed and then cancelled before shipping are subject to a transaction fee to cover our payment gateway fees that are non-refundable (between 2%-3.5%).
